The first week of the new year was quite busy for the team of project REEF with first two meetings taking place online.

The first meeting on the MS Teams platform took place on January 7. The aim of the meeting was to get to know each other, which was successfully done by all 18 participants of the meeting, who will also be the project implementers. At the beginning of the meeting, the project lead partner introduced other partners with the work done at the end of 2020. Next, the project partners briefly outlined the immediate and further plans for the successful launch of the project. After getting to know each other, it was decided to hold a second meeting in a smaller group to discuss the administrative issues of the project implementation.

The second online meeting of REEF partners followed the next day - January 8. As the project partners have only recently been involved in the implementation of LIFE projects, it is important to address all issues related to the requirements of the LIFE program from the onset. The purpose of this meeting was to address the administrative issues for the successful launch of the activities. During the meeting, the partners discussed the procedure for calculating remuneration, filling in timesheets, compiling route sheets, and drawing up shared documents, including invoices, bills of lading and other documentation, with correct references to and use of the details of the project and funding sources.
At the end of the meeting, the partners agreed to meet regularly and to discuss and agree on any issues at once, so that there would be no misunderstandings or significant ambiguities later in the project implementation process.
