After-LIFE plan will be produced at the end of the Project by 08/2025, setting out the strategy for the continuation and development of the actions being undertaken in the Project once the Project has ended to ensure that the efforts of the Project are not in vain. The Plan will explain appropriate management measures required for each site in order to ensure the long-term management of the sites,species and habitats concerned. Plan will give details regarding what actions will be carried out, when and by whom and will identify potential sources of finance.
